  • 3/4cup frozen mixed berries or blue berries
  • 1/4 cup frozen kale or spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 table spoon flax seed or almond butter
  • Blend in high speed blender and serve
